Big, big, big thank you to Savard for his assistance on this project -- get ready for LOTS of All Decade League stats! Instead of a measly 36 game season, I'll be releasing a FULL 162 game season!!! For more accuracy, each team gained a fifth starter and two more bullpen arms. So get ready for that in the stats.
Oh, 162 games isn't enough for you? ME NEITHER! Thanks to Savard, we're going to be releasing several seasons to show the result variance and show how anything can happen in Showdown! So, without further ado, the standings and stats from the first 90 games of the All Decade League!
Overall, it's playing out with the higher points teams pulling away, but the Royals and A's (two lowest point total teams) find themselves still in their division races and the DBacks are stunning the only team over 8000 points, the Dodgers. Also, the Marlins are pulling a surprise contender move in the NL East, while the Brewers/Cubs are locked in a tie after 90 games. Looking at the first 90 games, I've got to give a big shoutout to Showdownfan1 for being SUPER spot on so far with his predictions!! He nailed the Marlins being a contender and his Royals' in second pick still has a shot! His Braves are definitely still in it too!!
Most seasons, I'm just going to release the full simulation results; however, for the first one, I figured an All Star break was in order! Starting lineup: With an electric MVP-winning Altuve leading off, followed by five straight dudes with double digit OB and at least 17-20 HR, the top of the order for the AL All Stars will be a PROBLEM for any NL pitcher. At the bottom, we've got a series of electric OB 8 hitters who've been putting up big numbers. Will those low OB hitters cause the lineup to go cold?

His W-L may not reflect it, but he's leading all SP in ERA and WHIP at the moment in the AL.He's got low IP, but with the Royals pitching depth, that's totally fine and will not be an issue in this All Star game either!

BULLPEN: So many talented arms for the AL Manager to choose from here -- a plethora of ace-level Rays pitchers, a pair of Yankees bullpen studs including the greatest closer of all-time, an MVP winner in 2011 Verlander, the AL Wins leader in Keuchel, and a super solid combo of Roy Halladay and Chris Sale. With super closers Britton, Koji, and Andrew Miller also on board, it's hard to imagine anything other than an unfortunate 1 roll getting in this staff's way!

Haha Cueto is doing his job so effectively -- they're the cheapest team and somehow right in the thick of the playoff hunt thanks to their pitching and speed!
