Showdown Cup Playoffs First Round Game 3s

Back with another day of exciting showdown baseball with both series in a change of scenery and 1-1 split series. After all that excitement we have to be in for a let down in the third game of each series right? Wrong! First up we have Dat Boy X taking on Acuna Matata after an amazing  performance from Pedro Strop in game 2. The game kicked off with Dat Boy X first 5 batter all reaching base and taking a 3-0 lead right ogg the bat. Acuna Matata had no worries, and scored 3 of their own in the bottom of the 6th all even heading to the last third of the ball game.

Inthe 7th inning on Dat Boy X loaded the bases and walked in a run, and singled in a run giving them a 5-3 lead and were able to cruise through the last 3 innings to take a 2-1 series lead over Acuna Matata. An odd stat from the game there were 4 walks with the bases loaded between the two teams.

GARY SHEFFIELD DIVISIONAL SERIES

How about three straight games in extra innings in a series, game 1 went 11, game 2 went 10, and now game 3 goes 12 innings. The way this game went you wouldn't think it was heading to extras but the bullpen of the Wisconsin Wolves just keeps letting the team down. In game 1 up 4-1 heading to the bottom of the 8th they blew a lead, but were lucky enough to win the game in extra innings. In game 2 up 4-1 through 7 and blew the lead again in the 8th to lose in extra innings. How about game 3, going into the top of the 9th up 4-0 Jean Segura and Tony Kemp go back to back chasing Joe Kelly out of the game. Tayron Guerrero retires 2 batters in a row before giving up a singles to Jose Altuve. The Wolves pull Guerrero and bring in Scott Oberg, pitching his thrid game in a row, so he is a 4 control. He rolls a two to Christian Yelich and Yelich makes him pay rolling a 20. Tie game and we head to extra innings again, where Freddie Freeman hit a solo HR off Noe Ramirez in the top of the 12th inning to give the Rainiers a 2-1 series lead.
