2018 MLB Season ERA/WHIP Starter Comparison

Last week I brought you the update on the players chase for the 11 On-Base. This week im bringing the ERA/WHIP combinations to show who the most feared pitchers are currently in baseball . Also a preview of what one of them may look like if the guy in the lead keeps up the work he has put in so far this season. Three Tier 1 Pitchers but it will be hard for them to keep it up the rest of the season.

Much like the batters all it takes is a bad outing or two and they can fall down the list, or tear it up and climb that ladder. Also here is a preview of the dominant half season Jacob DeGrom if this was the way his season turned out where he is currently at statistically.

  1. Holy cow, that DeGrom is absolutely terrifying!!! Really fun projections, crazy that potentially 3-4 guys have a real shot at a Tier One card!
