The Yankees took a commanding 2-0 lead over the Marlins in a come from behind victory propelled by a Nick Swisher RBI in the 8th inning. The Mariners beat the Diamondbacks marking the first time they have lost with Randy Johnson or Curt Schilling on the mound. The Royals joined the Yankees in going up 2-0 on the Los Angeles Dodgers. Come Thursday we will have two teams looking to close out their respective series and move closer to the Showdown Cup Finals.
