2012 San Francisco Giants

Here we go with another World Series Championship team, the 2012 San Francisco Giants. The Giants went 94-68 in the regular season before sweeping the Detroit Tigers in the World Series. When I was creating these cards it was somewhere in the middle where I learned about the shadow and glow for the cards, so some do not have them but from here on out I believe they will all have that glow.

Hitting: This team is interesting in the fact that they do not hit for a lot of power and also don't have many high on bases. They as a team played well all season and dominated in the World Series. They are led by their all-star catcher Buster Posey, the rest of this lineup is pretty lackluster especially against some of the other teams created and their power pitching staffs.

Starters : The strength of this team is its pitching for sure, mainly the starting staff, but much like their hitters they don't match up with the powerhouse teams we have seen already. Matt Cain and Madison Bumgarner are the keys to a victory in this rotation.

Bullpen: While the control isn't very high for this bullpen, when they are in control the outs will be plentiful, 2 out through 18's and 1 out through 17 could take a lead and hold the opposing squad off with some high rolls.

    1. So, so true! Honestly, it's amazing how "meh" the Giants three World Series teams are in World Series format!
